Q. I need some help at reception, how can I do this?
A. Please contact us on WhatsApp between the hours of 9am to 8pm and you can schedule a time for assistance.
Q. How do I book for breakfast?
A. Breakfast must be booked up until 11am of the day prior. Breakfast trays are collected after 10.30 am and replaced daily by 3pm.
Q. May we take the provided towels out of the premises?
A. Room towels are property of THE OSIRIS. They must NOT be used as beach towels and must NOT leave the property. You may ask at the reception as to where you can buy beach towels for your use. Kindly note that in daily housekeeping your dirty towels are replaced, and if there are no towel to replace, this will be noted on your stay and fees may be incurred due to breaking of such rule.
