Q. Where is the nearest bus-stop to Dun Ġorġ Guesthouse?
A. The nearest bus-stop is only a few seconds walk away just down the road from the guesthouse.

Q. How frequent do buses pass though Marsaxlokk?
A. Buses going to Valletta pass once every 20 minutes from Monday to Saturday, and every 10 minutes on Sunday. Furthermore, there is a bus to the hospital which passes once per hour.

Q. Where can we park our car / bicycles / scooters?
A. Parking near Dun Ġorġ is normally not difficult during the week. Parking is free of charge and there are no time restrictions. Bicycles and scooters are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED inside our premises and must be parked outside.

Q. What time can we check in?
A. Check in time is between 2.00 pm and 11.30 pm. It is important to inform the hotel at the time of booking if check-in will not be during these hours.

Q. What time is the check out?
A. Check out time is until 10.00 am latest. We do not grant late check-outs.

Q. Do you offer luggage storage before check-in and after check-out? 

A. This is not part of our property facilities, our automated system starts your outside door code and room door code at check-in time 2PM and expire at check-out time 10AM. Nearby 24/7 luggage storage services are available at Valletta and at Malta International Airport. 
Guests are advised to book additional nights should they require their room earlier or later in the day.

Q. What time is breakfast served?
A. Optional in-room continental breakfast is served at an additional charge upon request. This is served the afternoon before inside your room.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. All bookings on the website are immediate and non-refundable.

Q. How can payment be done?
A. We only accept online payments through a secure payment through stripe. We do not accept reservations over the phone.

Q. Are there any restaurants/cafeterias nearby?
A. Marsaxlokk’s seaside, just a few seconds away from Dun Ġorġ Guest House, is full of restaurants which serve both lunch and dinner.

Q. Do you accommodate cots or foldable beds inside the rooms?
A. Cots are at €10 per cot. Foldable beds are at €30 per bed. This must only be used with children under 18 years of age.​

Q. Do you accommodate twin beds?
A. Only double / twin rooms can be set up with twin beds. Bed requests are subject to availability.

Q. Do you allow pets?
A. No, this is not a pet-friendly accommodation.

Q. Do you have adapters available?
A. Adapters are not a part of this property’s facility, guests are advised to bring their own. We do not have USB plugs at the property.

Q. Is there a sea view from the room or balconies?
A. There is no sea view from the rooms or balconies Dun Ġorġ Guest House. However we have a Seaview terrace which can be enjoyed free of charge by all guests.

Q. Do you have 24 hour reception?
A. Dun Gorg Guest House is a self-check-in accommodation with a virtual reception and no full-time on-site front desk, designed for a smooth, flexible, and independent stay.
As such our check-ins are all processed online.
Our virtual WhatsApp Reception number is available 9am-5pm everyday and beyond these hours for emergencies or lock issues.
